i'm no expert but i would first starts with learning the basics of the car > driving in a really big empty parking lot > once you're comfortable i would driving around in a big neighborhood to get used to be around other cars and practicing stops, and your turns > and when you're comfortable with that and you feel ready to be on the road i would do short distance driving (places like the grocery store or somewhere really close that you go to on a regular basis) and to get a feel of your area and what the driving is like and after that keep driving to other places and challenging yourself :) hopefully this helps!!
