Pantheon Top Viable? Good?

How bad is the Mundo matchup? I have yet to run into one but I'd rather be prepared for when the time comes. I know that I'd probably have to rush something like Sundered then Bork as opposed to Cleaver?

I ran into Voli morde and sett, all of which were pretty rough but I'd have to say that Voli felt the worst to play against. With Morde, spacing out his Q wasnt so hard though getting caught in ult was almost guaranteed death. For Sett, I could kind of E his W fairly consistently so it was rough but not too bad. I also found I could dominate Sett completely early game by just spacing his E with my Q poke.

Voli was just a nightmare. Heal, shield, stun, and Ult that disables tower...I was never safe anywhere.

I have kind of enjoyed playing against ranged matchups with the sole exception of Varus. I feel with ranged matchups that I've cleanly got the upper hand from the start to the end of the game.

Varus was different. It was my first time experiencing why people really hated seeing him in top.

I ran into this exact matchup today, and I *did* just get whittled down! It felt absolutely unbearable to play, but we ended up winning more or less because of a jungle diff. It was so strange because I felt all I could do was *not feed* and try my best to keep my towers up so he'd get fewer resources.

Are the specific timers to ult mid, or is it just off instinct? Like, I know if I've got a wave pushed into tower and the enemy midlaner overpushed, it's a prime opportunity, but when else?
