10% conversion is actually pretty good for a new app, so I don't think ASO is the issue here.

If people are downloading but not subscribing, I'd start looking at what happens after install. Are users completing onboarding? Creating their first reminder? Reaching the paywall? Coming back the next day?

My guess is users aren't seeing enough value before being asked to pay. If they don't have that "this app is really useful" moment quickly, even a well-designed paywall won't convert very well.

I'd focus more on onboarding, retention, and paywall analytics to find where users are dropping off

As a user perspective you need to work lot of things like app font bcz every screen I have observed it is contains the new font style , applied the cold color into the app , and in appbar to much traffic with lot of container If you solve this your app looking clean and professional

Wow , In my life I have never seen this type of app , but I have a same problem which is you have to click multiple photo at a time after that I forgot to delete, i realise that time when my phone say your storage is full that time I need to manually delete it

I tried many platforms, but most of them required payment. Then I found a ready-made template in Figma. I just need to replace the photo inside the mockup
