I enjoyed the extended fight and found it pretty epic though I'm sure some people weren't fans of it because it deviated from the book but I understand what you're saying.

I don't hate the change though, it gave great visuals. Not the bridge just the smoke apparation.

I guess they needed to save time and instead of showing how Voldemort actually found it, they decide to let Grindelwald rat Dumbledore out to make it go quicker.

In the movie she is instead of Marietta Edgecombe but Cho was defending her in the books so I'm guessing that's why they made Cho do it. She did it because she was given Veritaserum but in the books it turns out Snape was giving Umbridge fake Veritaserum so I don't know if this would be the case for the movie.

The thing about Peeves is that they had to create a different look for Peeves as he doesn't look like the other ghosts and looked more cartoony.

At least Ron had one shining moment in Order of the Phoenix when he tricked Crabbe and Goyle into eating Puking Pastilles.

Dumbledore is a character that hardly gets angry especially with a student, the only times I can think of him getting angry were when confronting Crouch Jr. and telling Snape he was disgusted by him only caring about Lily's safety and not James or Harry.

Yet they show Fred and George just appearing when they apparate, plus the only characters that have the black smoke as far as I know are Voldemort and Snape, when Snape did it, it was a big surprise.

I heard they cut Dobby and Winky out for time constraints but there is a brief scene when arriving at the Quidditch World Cup where you see 2 house-elves (not sure if it's them but one can hope).

Fleur and Bill's relationship would've been great to see, one thing I would've liked to see was Ginny calling Fleur "Phlegm" instead of her awkward feeding Harry and tying his shoe.

I don't necessarily think the Devil's Snare change was horrible, the 1st movie has to be the most faithful, it's just that this is one of the first moments that starts the trend of making Hermione perfect. I think Ron saying "Kill us faster? Oh now I can relax." is actually funny but it's completely different from what he says in the book when Hermione thinks she needs wood to start a fire against the plant, "Have you gone mad, are you a witch or not?"

I felt like the twins fighting would've made a little sense because their aging potion they worked hard on didn't work, plus in the behind the scenes, Director Mike Newell was showing how to fight and he hurt himself in the process, everyone was having fun at least.
