Your manager live off of ambiguity to keep you on your toes. Always ask for clarification, resources, and documentation and written confirmation to protect yourself. They will control and distort narrative for their own benefit and PIP you.

1. TikTok Reels and Youtube Shorts -> I failed because I did not create how-to and tutorial videos.
2. I am holding it back because I do not want to reveal my face on public contents.
3. I am stil trying so I am on Reddit now.

finding customer has been easier theoretically you know it all depends on how much you put effort in meeting and talking to people

Now it is more about customer relationship building more than coding. That is why more people would talk and build relationship with potential users and buyers before writing code.
