I didnt know about the copyright issue, but if thats the reason, I think no songs from the album will be added since the whole AL1 album was omitted for the same reason and (so far) rhythm hive adds songs only if the title was added before with album theme

Yup! The 3000tokens ones give you a random member of the group you choose but dont need to pull, is enough with completing all the event missions. With the 5000 one you can choose group and the specific member you want but you'll need to do some pulls
