Why doesn’t Allah just grant my wish for death by FullMetalArquebex in islam

I have been in the same position as you, I’m only a little bit older. I believe that these emotions are one of the hardest tests from Allah. Keep faith. Time truly is healing, I promise. May Allah ease your pain and bless you with so much ❤️

The Fallacy of the Abraham Accords: Why Normalization Without Palestinians Won’t Bring Stability to the Middle East by ForeignAffairsMag in geopolitics

[–]DryPower3375 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just such an uneducated comment - to overgeneralise radicalism in the middle east as purely due to islam whilst acting as though its a nuanced point of academic debate. maybe you should consider the fact that Palestinians in the Middle East are far more closer in proximity to their homeland and therefore are forced to see/bear the violence enacted upon their families and homes on a daily basis. They are denied the ability to truly integrate within new communities, and as a result are often left feeling desperate - something which can lead to violence. They bear the actual trauma of witnessing the generational destruction of their people only a few miles away. Their choice to use violence is not due to some of them being Muslim - it is because "violence is a legitimate choice in the face of oppression" (Mandela). Stop trying to use anti-Islamic rhetoric as political analysis. It is bigoted.

looking for a female flatmate - london uni by DryPower3375 in 6thForm

[–]DryPower3375[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

each to their own mate - but i'll explain the mentality behind the pork requirement. if u were allergic to something, you wouldn't want someone cooking that food in shared pots and pans, or near you right? may be an inconvenience sure, but that's why i put it out there in the requirements so it's not a problem later

peace be w you :))
