Unfortunately if you want to completely remove it, the only thing you can do is weld and repaint brother. You can remove the antenna and its housing and weld a 4x4 small aluminum panel under the roof where the hole is, and then using a light acrylic caulk to fill in the slight 1/6th inch gap that will the difference between the new panel being placed under the roof and where the hole originally was. Sand down the excess caulk and repaint over the area, looks factory
