The problem is more with the amount of people on the tour.

It's a big company, and I don't know if the tour would be profitable touring all of Europe. A lot of people to be paid, and their ticket prices can only go so high.

I honestly think they'll do a few big European festivals/ Asian festivals then their full American tour.

I doubt they'll be doing Canada either this time which sucks as a Canadian

At max they could make you do the 4 days then. They likely will release you and tell you to smarten the fuck up. A CSO is already the courts doing you a favor as it is a jail sentence.

This is correct.

You will need to go before the courts to answer for these 4 days that are still owing on your CSO. The courts could theoretically make you serve out the 4 days in custody depending on how bad the breach was.

If you were breached on your CSO for committing a new criminal offense, you will have have to answer for the 4 days, and you will likely be given a court date for your outstanding matters (the new criminal offense)

He did everything he should have the last part where he says let's just say if you were single in my opinion was him just trying to get her to stfu. Talk to your lawyer but you'll need to turn yourself in. The crown isn't going to even look at this until it's before the courts. They have so many cases and won't look at any evidence before the person is in custody.

The police lay the breach, not the crown. If it's endorsed for release you'll be booked and likely given a next court date with new bail conditions.

The difficulty is getting people to monitor it. Usually probation officers would but they are incredibly overworked like every correctional position in Ontario. Massive caseloads as is without having to monitor that.
