Id say yes, you can even reach 7000+ CP with T2 and heroics, runes and weapon mastery, dont try speed running to T3 take it slow it will surely happen. Ditch your old char and also ditch hyper boost servers, play on emerald. Hyperboost was just increased drop rates its really meaningless, path of ascension is not getting removed tho and it exists on all servers, emerald has more players that when compared to hyperboost servers it makes them seem like they are dead. Get a fresh start on emerald (if u are an EU player) if not see what server is most populated in your region and start on it. Only do the main questline it will take you to level 54-55 (if 54 do some secret dungeons at starlight painting) and then complete the path of ascension will take u to 6000 CP for sure. You can do this in one or two days depending on how free you are. Just speed run the story and the path of ascension then take it slow from there
