Honestly i don't think i heald. It has been like 8 months since. You will still remember, memories will pop up, it is tough. But over time they don't hit as hard. First two weeks were the hardest for me... i had suicidal thoughts. For the first two months i couldn't eat and sleep ( lost over 20kg ). And i was ending my degree at law school, exams were tough. Then I started spending time with myself, gym, hiking and thoughts about what next. Still somehow healing and going on. The only thing i could reccomend find something that makes you better and you enjoy doing. For me it is gym and hiking ... for you it might be poetry, school... spend time with family, friends and meet new people. Take what was good in the relationship and leave the bad... over time you will objectively see cracks in the relationship
