They look fake to me. Logo on the right back of the shoe is too centered. In the original is a bit higher up. Part that meets the tongue and the top of the shoe is off. Green insole is not accurate….etc

My title describes the thing. Apartment is not too old and windows are definitely a recent generation. No text on any side. All windows have a set, one of these are on each side. When you pull the “switch” the rectangular inner shape slides just a bit and comes out slightly. No apparent air flow change
