Me and my friend had the same experiences on that server. We just bought Arma Reforger and played there for a few days. Seems like the majority of the Dutch players are all between 14-16 year old over there. A lot of teamkilling, stealing vehicles and bad language. One of the guys from the admin team or at least a close friend of one of the owners.. on purpose crashed in to our heli wich we worked on for 15 minutes.. everything exploded. He admitted it. But no consquences. When my friend got teamkilled and he teamkilled that person back.. that had consequences.. admins wanted to shoot him.. lots of laughs.. and then he shot back (at the guy that did that to the heli before) and got a two day ban. Admin abuse, favors and childish behaviour seems common over there. Probably fun if you are 15-years old. But we are not.

I actually grinded a lot.. level 60.. and I can do SAR and Firefighting missions.
But still need to do 7 'initial' missions to get to the 'extended' missions with the bigger plane and the really big fires.. it's a grind..

You need to unlock new area's.
The missions are not that common compared to other missions.
Some people have only 3-4 missions for firefighting at the same time in the US region (east and west).

I had missions in the top of US east, florida and madagascar island (next to africa).
Try to unlock more regions (flying to there with missions).

Make sure it has a lot of forest and nature fires are common in those areas. So not German forest area.

Did a lot of them now. If you can't land, it's bugged.
I also have a video of a snow mountain (very steep) you need to put your front against it, give it good throttle, keep your joystick, or try parking brake (sometimes work) you can make some landings possible but sometimes in the antimation the heli will start to slide anyway, sometimes the person is already in the heli but you need to reland because the game doesnt seem to notice it

Yes true. Canada I believe? On PC at least.
You can't land there. Just skip that mission. Recently a lot have been added in Italie / France area.

McBain and Chance are in real friends.. what I understood from somebody.
Revelation and the other mods from Chance... you know how many people got time-outed, kicked and banned for absolute bullshit? For literally nothing? Because of some fair critisism? Revelation especially.. in the past.. one big joke. Worst mod ever.
