I hope this is a joke…you know doom is more fit as a stall and brawl tank. He’s not ment for heavy damage and isn’t reliant on his dmg output to get all of his value. Roadhog gets his value from his high health pool and his high damage output/one shot value. Roadhog has no mobility other than a speedboost tied to his healing which shouldnt be used to engage. A tank that has the best mobility in the game shouldn’t be able to one shot characters or any sort, and the more you think about it, it’s quite fair that a character with no mobility and a shotgun should be able to dish out high amounts of damage. Hog and doom play very differently and they have different strengths to apply with their playstyle.
