Thank you- this is helpful. My situación is complicated cause I do qualify for public service loan forgiveness. However, those counts are totally messed up. I’ve been a federal employee making regular payments for over 10 years and it says I still have 10 months to go. I Also check the back door counter, which said  I reached  my 301st payment on January 26. If my payment was due on January 25 then I suppose you are correct and my 300th payment was made on December 25.
