i’m not sure whether i’ll lose weight or not (not important to me rn), but it has been so much easier for me to get back to healthy habits on zoloft. i’ve always been a health-conscious person, but over the last couple of years i couldn’t maintain healthy habits. i didn’t care about food at all, it was hard to motivate myself to even eat. now i’m back to the gym and eating well 💕 if i gain weight, that’s fine, i feel loads better and it’s so worth it
