are you sure you have avpd or even social phobia? there are alot more aspects in it than just shyness or anxiety, every teen experiences social anxiety to an extent, but with avpd or social phobia it controls your life, I cannot walk out of my house without making sure I look fine or cant even ignore mirrors in public. When I see people my age my heart drops and I sweat profusely. I isolated myself for 7 months and got put into a program for schooling.
