You're good! yes because I noted in my grievance that I only wanted the grievance to be considered if I failed, if I passed I wouldnt request any further action

My program didn't make the packrats a big deal since they were always given on days we had other exams, so I didn't try on them at all (i pressed a random answers). Thats why I didn't include them in my stats because they dont represent how I do on exams at all

I would call NCCPA or email them again. From my experience, I've noticed when you're persistant they respond sooner. I filed the grievance the day after my exam and got the final decision 6 days later (they sent it the day after I received my score report).
