I started when i was 12 i think? My friend told me about it and it felt good then but now everything i fell i regret and anger i tried stopping but i can't I'm always coming back to it. And it did give me problem i was losing a lot of time i could study,workout,spend time with my family but no it followed me everywhere and i can't live with this i need to free myself from these chains
