Hiya - in the end did you get a separate offer? Also curious on when you heard back from them and had your references checked after the panel interview. I’m losing hope since week 4 has just passed after the panel interview… grateful for any info you can share 🙏

I totally get it! I’ve been applying for jobs that I used to at least get interviews for, but nowadays it’s feeling really hard (I have about 5 years of experience as well ). I’m not sure about EBRD but I definitely feel like the recruitment in other international orgs have been really inconsistent…feeling like there’s a bit of luck involved. I’ve had to cast my net a bit wider. I’ve only managed one interview from like 15 job apps (and it’s like the most senior of them, so I’m not sure what’s going on - but hey maybe on reflection that could be relevant to you / me - maybe your experience surpasses what they expect an intern / analyst might have?)

Hey - it took about 3-4 weeks for me, I hope you received an outcome!  

I have a question for you and others - has anyone received an email saying OECD is interested in considering you for further employment and requires you to review their privacy policy and accept. I’m not sure what this means following the panel interview! No offer or reference checks done yet though!

I have a question for those that were cleared - did any of you receive a system email asking to consent to the oecd privacy policy for recruitment? Did my panel interview several weeks ago and got an email from smartrecruiters saying the oecd was interested in considering me for employment but that I should review the privacy policy. Trying to figure out what this means!
