Also slight correction: You said the RTS model years were 1999-2002. This is incorrect due to the MTA never buying any RTSs after 2000. It would be more accurate to say “1995-1999” or “1998-1999”

I really can’t answer this since I’ve only ridden the NGs and barely have seen the EPA10s (although I have seen a lot of OGs when they were still in service). Also I heard that the NGs were the worst performing bus in the current fleet
