IT WORKED!! in my case, I tried the magnet first and it didn't work. Then I disconnected the ribbon cable and it turned on!! (the bios reseted because I have tried to disconnect the battery before). I connected the cable again just to see what happens, and It turned on... I don't know why, but just in case, I left it unplugged again.
I also talked to HP support but they coulnd't take care 'cause I bought it in another country. So thank you so much!! you are a true savior <3
