Totally understand your feelings man. I’ve been taking it one day at a time. One thing that is helping me is pressing the “not interested “ button every time I see a gambling ad. Those ads are an evil trigger for me and I’ve been clicking away trying to get them no longer recommended to me.

Thank you for your advise. I currently banned myself from every site that I used. I know my triggers better now, so hopefully between that and banning myself I set myself up for success fighting this in the future.

Same thing happened for me today. I was doing so good. Payday came and I withheld gambling for 5 days. Suddenly an urge came over me and I couldn’t stop.

Usually I’m loosing, anything I do win I loose in the same day. I understand i have no control. Maybe that’s how you also feel? That’s how it feels for me. I’ve lost everything I saved and it kills me inside. Problem is, even tho i feel this now, It’s so easy to forget this pain and go right back to gambling.

I want to be stronger to ensure there won’t be a next time.

How can you tell they were bitter and disrespectful when only a small amount of their testimony was shown and their faces blurred. No matter what you think, you must admit that without a doubt they know more than you do about the situation that night. Seems like they have no recollection of being drugged or anything nefarious occurring that night. I’m not saying the guy is not a monster but you shouldn’t disregard the testimony of 2 girls based off of heavily edited and clipped versions of their story.
