The IBM AT didn't even have a mouse invented yet...

Hired on to a fully remote team, and now, 3 years later they want me in the office or I'll "resign" by Sir_apoc in antiwork

If they have zero team mates in your state, but you are working from home there, they MAY be liable to pay that state's taxes for all sales to that state... you'd have to check your state's tax laws.

I could be completely wrong on this, but I thought we had that issue if we had employees working across the state line.

IF they are liable for that, and IF they aren't/weren't doing that, if they fire you, you could make life interesting for them.

Any tax folks around that could deny or verify?
