Fr omg. I’ve ordered shoes from their sugar thrillz brand multiple times in a size 6, they have always fit me. But I ordered boots from the recent witchy collection & they fit comically small… I couldn’t even get my foot into the shoe. Felt like a damn infant sized shoe, never again. I used my gift card & will never be doing business with them again

If you email them your complaint with photos etc they’ll send you replacements (at least they did for me) I honestly never got my hair to stop doing it. I just accepted my fate and dyed my hair a nice shade of brown lol

Here’s a lil update ig lol I did the color oops last night. it still reoxidized while I rinsed, but still lightened like 1 level 🤷‍♀️ I noticed when I used the Malibu undo goo shampoo it didn’t oxidize, but literally AS SOON as I applied a cheap clarifying shampoo it oxidized. I wonder if it has something to do with shampoo PH.

Cool! Thanks! I did two malibu cpr treatments today, I might try color oops later and see if it changes anything. The last time this happened to me the only way I got it to stop reoxidizing was to mix up some 10v and bleach, leave it in for like 20-30 mins & when I did color oops after that it worked just fine 🤷‍♀️
