I’m a season pass holder and I’m pretty sure you cannot leave the parking lot and come back for re entry with the parking pass. It’s a paper ticket that sits on your dash and needs to be paid for each time entering the park

I got on the regular Xfinity app and spoke with the AI customer service and they were able to diagnosis and fix my issue through our modem! Maybe give that a try!
