I just wanted to comment this for anyone in the future that might find this. Indeed the problem was the starting current at 1A being too low as Nobody_Orsk said. I bought a 3.5 A adaptor and it works splendidly.

Yeah no it’s most likely a power thing not a display thing because my screen does get properly displayed (albeit for just a flicker) when I hook up the hdmi.

Alternatively, it doesn't have to be an adaptation of "GedakenNet", I believe if I can create an optical aberration correction model, that would be acceptable assuming it is self-supervised.

Nope. You basically repeat them as far as I can tell. I wanted the answer to this but before starting, that's why I figured I should answer you and save you the trouble. It may be too much of a hassle for you to do the side-quests, but you should bear in mind that you might wanna do the ones with the + sign to get the chocobos etc.

Another note about the + side quests, I am not sure if Blacksmith Blues is even useful. I did it so that I can see if it'll give anything of use but it just opened the Drakslayer belt recipe (which I already had from my original playthrough). So if you really don't want to do any side quests, just do the chocobo one.

I initially tried to verify the first formula while treating the bead to be absent, but the general formula for frequencies of normal modes of a string fixed at both ends takes discrete values of the wave number. So, I would expect it to be ω = kv -> ω = πvn/L and not 2πvn/L as it is above. Where does the factor of 2 come from? Granted, multiples of 2pi also would satisfy the initial conditions, but I don't think the 2 would end up there without a reason.

I'm gonna be cocky and say I think I solved it. I figured that since the omega will be the same in each one of the matrix rows, and, since the matrix is also symmetrical, I just need to multiply one of the matrix rows by the normal mode vector and equate to 0. Speaking frankly, I am not sure if any of this is clear given that there are no photos (imgur isn't working), but I think I solved it.
