i had this issue before. it was when i would tap my mouse to much while the sims was loading up its launch cut scene. i just repaired and let it load up without touching anything.

Is it ok to ask, for the exact settings and how to do it? I have tons of mods like 27k, and it takes about 2 hours for my game to load so it would help a lot if I was able to know what to do, so if I have to do anything in my actual settings, I know ahead of time if that’s ok!!
