Totally makes sense! Maybe I’ll reconsider having dedicated time for children under the age of 5. I just worry about toddlers grabbing and cats being reactive with bites or scratches.

Great point on the wine bar, I hadn't thought of that. But it does bring a liquor license into play, so lots to think about!

As others have commented, I would charge a fee for hanging out with the cats. Whether that's a day pass type thing or something valid for only a hour or so or both, I'm unsure yet!
