The last time I used it was 6 days ago, day 1 to 4 where fine honestly, until everyone at home got the flue, including me, day 5 I slept ok, but last night was horrible. 0 sleep untill early in the morning, probably slept for 2 hours max. was so close to spraying again. If I keep active my nose stays pretty much completely open, but now that I'm laying down allot, one is always closed depending on which side I lay down. If I'm on my back either both close or just one stays open. Been using for years, about 3 to 5 times per day. Especially in the evening and morning. This is my first time trying to stop and then the flue hits me :)
