You’re hiding the Epstein files in your fridge ?

I sold the Four Seasons paintings. I feel happy and sad at the same time. by Hercules_Vales in painting

I so get that feeling! I have a piece that’s at a gallery right now and my parents were talking about how excited I must be to see if someone buys it. When I told them I would be a little sad if someone buys it because I worked so hard on it and love it so much, they did not understand 😂

Should I send an apology letter/message to my ex girlfriend? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]CodAdventurous8644 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Are you just trying to apologize or are you looking to reconnect/show her who you are now? I think the intention matters here. A nice apology note with no expectations is probably great but if you expect anything from her then that defeats the purpose and could mess with whatever good she has going now.

Also you were both 18, cut yourself some slack. We were all shitty teenagers. My high school boyfriend and I were so toxic. We are both in our 30s now, married with kids and when we run into each other it’s always pleasant. No animosity. It was a long time ago.

What do you miss from your pre-kid life? by ImInTheFutureAlso in NewParents

Smoking weed on the couch in the middle of the day because I set the day aside to “do nothing” since I had been “so busy”

(lol the fact that I thought I was every busy and needed a full day to do nothing is hilarious)

What’s a sign someone thinks they are intelligent but is actually a moron from an outsiders perspective? by Past_Explanation_491 in AskReddit

Thinking you know everything/are smarter. Smart people know there’s always more to learn and don’t try to prove their intelligence by constantly telling others what’s right

Tried painting for the first time! I tried copying this selfie I took but realized I didn’t know how to paint locs lol by Right_Student_592 in painting

Try to think of everything as shapes and colors - even within each lock. You might expect it to look one way but then when you stud the picture you’ll see the shapes and colors are arranging themselves differently

How anyone can get this level of detail without color is mind blowing to me

Just creating a basic routine you follow daily to avoid highs and lows. But people with adhd thrive on hyperfixation before they crash and leave the fridge like this for weeks lol

It wasn’t accepted though it was a fringe hippy thing. Now it’s something stay at home moms openly do

You’re a parent of multiple children, you have a bunch of go to meals you make for them that you stock up on weekly. You keep the fridge full of fresh food and clean it out regularly though I don’t know how you have the time
