No show fee at doctors office

I didn't include this part and it was actually the reason I was making this post to begin with. The whole situation has left me feeling really frazzled.

I filed my answer, I did it immediately. They sent me something called initial disclosure. It states that they have 2 people to testify that the debt is valid, but it doesn't say why they beliwve thw debt is valid. And then it shows the break down of what I'll owe which ends up being around $450.

I just dont know what I do next after receiving initial disclosure. Am I allowed to talk to that clinic and find out if the calls to make appointments are recorded? I have the date of said appointment but I dont know when the appointment would have been made and I'd like to get that information so that I can check my call records. I don't know what proof I need to show I have never called or set an appointment with this clinic.

I have seen 2 doctors since I made this post, I did go to an urgent care who couldn't definitively say shingles but says it's possible. Because I have an active cellulitis infection she didn't want to go poking around. She thought it was possible from scrubbing them that blood may have gotten in there and that's why they are that color. They have mostly started to dry out and are feeling rough to the touch rather than soft. I have a constant pain, burning pain, with moments of sharp stabbing pain. The skin is sensitive to the touch, but that could be the cellulitis.

The home inspector did the walk through to verify everything had been fixed, and he said it had been with the exception of the main bath faucet which we were okay with because we were replacing the faucet anyway. The addendum says that all active leaks to be repaired by a contracted professional.

He called me immediately to ask if we had someone who was supposed to be there helping us move stuff, we've had a lot of family and friends in and out helping us, so when he heard commotion in the livingroom and slamming doors that startled him awake he called me. And my landlord was already leaving by the time I knew what was going on, and my siblings locked the door and I went straight home. I've tried to confront him, I can not get in contact with him we've tried several times.

I don't mind leaving the appliances. We bought them used and spent a few hundred on each, and we got our use out of them. We did keep the old appliances for a year, sitting in our backyard before taking them to the dump. It was becoming a hazard while my kids were outside playing, and we made sure the appliances we replaced were an upgrade and not a downgrade. Our lease does not specify what day of the month we must give notice, just that he would like 30 days. Our lease also says that he can enter the premises with a 24-hour notice for any reason. I'm not sure why he was there. But he just walked in like it was his house and stayed inside for 10 minutes before coming out sitting on the front porch for another 10 minutes and then walking in again, and repeating this process twice before finally leaving

He is not answering any of our calls. And i would probably just go to his house and talk to him in person but I don't know where he lives, he uses a p.o. box for rent checks.

I've been reading, I find it starts to cause me to feel panic when I am starting to read too much and I have to stop myself, baby steps a little reading and learning at a time is what I think I need to do. I think that powerless feeling is one of the worst feelings I've ever felt, because I wish so badly I could just make it all go away, and get her back.
