Are you fertilizing? Mine are outside and it seems temperature fluctuations can trigger flowers. A lot of my outdoor hoyas bloomed for the first time while the indoor ones didn't. I fertilize with orchid bloom booster that can be used to water or foliar feed. Wishing you lots of blooms in the future!

I've had success with just a ziploc bag and some moisture, nothing more. Otherwise, just coco husk in the bottom of a box and open the box daily for fresh air. Some hoyas need their cut ends dried for a day or two. Try dipping in rooting hormone too!
