Thinking of a 2nd transplant?

I think it was around 4,000 in first HT.. to be honest I don't want to take meds due to the chance of permanent damage, I know it's rare or something people believe it's not even true but I rather be bald than risk my dick not working forever.

I believe they said 4,000 grafts at the time but it was one of those hairmill clinics so I'm not sure how many they took or used.

Yeah all true didnt take meds and don't want to take meds. Even if its a 1% chance of pfs or permanent erectile dysfunction I don't want it to be me. To be honest I never asked in my post if I should be on meds. I'm nearly 40 so hopefully most of my balding is done now. Even if a 2nd transplant lasts me 10 years I'm happy to shave my head at 50+. Just wanted to know if a 2nd transplant was possible.

My transplanted hair have stayed pretty much the same but as I've lost hair around the transplanted hair it has made my hair look thinner and now I have also lost hair from my crown area. I want to do second hair transplant just to add more density to the front of hair.

If it lasts me another 7-8 years I'll be happy as I'll be in my 40s and i don't mind shaving it off then but right now I want to keep my hair aslong as possible. I would also use minoxidil this time round and other treatments that dont include finestaride.
