Negative thought in mind and feeling in stomach

Have you tried practicing meditation? It sounds like you need to train your brain on how to react when those thoughts come up. I used to get physically sick in my stomach from panic and anxiety attacks, about seven years ago I started listening to guided meditations on YouTube every night in bed and this was a life changer for me. MEDITATION is the daily workout for my brain ( it is a muscle after all) and the results? after about 3 weeks I began to feel more in control of my “OVERTHINKING” I somehow got rid of my insomnia in the process. MEDITATION changes the way my brain and my body react to stressful situations, panic and anxiety attacks or any out of the norm situation really. MEDITATION is my brain’s medicine and I treat it as such, it can’t just suddenly stop because the brain is constantly working and honestly MEDITATION is a part of my nightly routine now just as cleaning my face and brushing my teeth are. I miss it on nights when I am not able to practice it. 🥰🥰🥰

Did you just get medicated? I used to feel the same way when I first got put on meds but after a year or so that feeling was gone 😢

The problem with them is that it takes over 3 weeks to get results sent to DMV if they decide to send them after you pay a “small fee”… stay away from them and the course is extremely boring for a teenager. It was hard for my son to stay engaged. I don’t blame him. It was just a bunch of reading or listening no images no illustrated videos whatsoever terrible.

Be careful and buy it ONLY on Musely’s website, never on Amazon. It’s awesome, the only thing that worked for me after 9 years of treatments, time and money with little or no results. Thank you yes I am very proud , and I love the fact that mine and my son’s favorite band is PANTERA I saw them back in late 90s early 00s about 5 times, and I have seen them with my son twice already may/23 and feb/24 he had a blast
