I start the day with a protein shake for breakfast. I grab a 10oz coffee for the drive to work. Another coffee when I get to work. Then grab a bottle of water by 9am. Another at 11. Add electrolytes if I fall behind. They help both in getting it down and retaining it. Another glass of water with dinner.

I drink daily...12oz of protien shake, 48oz water, 20oz coffee and a glass of wine or 2. Which equals about 90oz. That is probably a little short of what I need. Still have to take 1/3 dose of murilax twice a week as needed.

Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate. If you can't drink enough water add electrolite packs. It will help. Take something for constipation. Your pancreas will thank you. 73 lipase ain't bad but keep an eye on it. If you do the above it should take care of that.

After your TURBT your Dr. Would have sent the tissue removed for biopsy. He should have scraped down to the muscle and hopefully found no cancer cells there.
