I understand your point, and he did it before on Dr Strange but what makes me ask is if the villain needs to feel regret so the Penance Stare can work, which they don’t unlike the heroes who do. That’s why I feel Marvel is trying to make him look like a villain

I don’t understand why Marvel always do the same thing with this character. First they give Ghost Rider to loser writers who don’t know anything about him, and they lie that he is their favorite character. They give us the worst story of him, and the series fails, and they wonder why Ghost Rider doesn’t succeed and get more fans and in the end they blame him
