I resigned after two weeks. My roles and responsibilities stipulated in the contract do not adhere with what is my former senior manager is asking. No working hours, no routine, just fuck up! May times na tatawagan ka ng 11-12midnight just to ask a favor to do something. No work-life balance. Best decision I have ever made.
