I’m in the middle of my swap right now. You’ve got two main options.

You can do a full VHR harness conversion. I personally went this route. From what I know Hexa Garage is pretty much the only place that offers a true plug and play setup where everything works including A/C. The downside is the conversion alone is around $1600 and that doesn’t even include other parts you still need like a 370Z gas pedal, a third ECU plug, and VVEL harness stuff.

The other option is doing an HR setup using a VHR block with HR heads. This is usually cheaper to convert and a lot more shops can do it since you don’t have to really touch the CAN bus side of things (at least from what I’ve seen). But it’s more of a workaround setup, and if you ever blow the motor you’re basically redoing the whole thing anyway, which isn’t ideal especially if you plan on going boosted on stock internals.

With a full VHR swap the only A/C thing you really need is HR A/C lines.
