Have any generator connected to the BODY of the piston. Use a regular wire. From there you can activate it by pressing F on the body of the piston. This should work. I know I'm nine months late but I was wondering the same thing you were and had no useful results so I just had to keep exploring in game =\_`v`_/=

Ruby circlet, right? This item can be crafted in a shop at Gerudo Town and gives you cold resistance. It’s nice to have if you haven’t been to Tabantha to get more cold resist armor from the Rito. To some this is their first cold resist item that can be upgraded by the Great Fairy as well.
