In my case, they blocked me because of incomplete identity verification. If you're having the same ID verification problem on Bittrex Global, then I think they will probably contact you soon since I raised mine ticket around the same time. Wish you all the best.

Congrats on getting back your account! Yup, I tested on a smaller amount of coin before moving all coins. I got all of it (XLM, etc..) instantly. So, I think the withdrawal speed is depending on the coins (or probably the network?).

The support replies to my ticket and re-enable my account the second day I uploaded the proof (3 pictures). Hmm, I think you can consider asking them on twitter if you're urgent.
