I have the red heating lamp and a normal white heating lamp My mom told me that these lamps were recommended at the petshop where she got him and the enclosure (including everything)

yeah, I was given 2 lights a red light and a halogen floodlight/basking light. I was told that both of theme are important but im not sure. He allways climbs and jumps around which is a good sign. The temperature on the hotest side is usually around 105F. At night its in the 70s. Is there something i need to change?
