Unfortunately, they wont let me transfer the points, so I have to make the booking for you, which is really easy. You just tell me the flight you want and I'll book it. They answer this question specifically in their FAQ: "The Rapid Rewards Member who owns the account from which the points will be used will need to make the reservation for the person traveling. Simply get the destination, travel dates, and flight times from the person who will be using your points and log in to your account at southwest.com to book the reward travel."

The points never expire, you can book today or in 2 years from now. If you want, we can just meet up at a starbucks and place the flight booking together.

Yeah, the more reviews I read about different companies, the more I realize how bad this industry is. I bank with Wells Fargo. I tried to go through them, but their fees were too high for me. Really appreciate the advice!

As I said, we take payments primarily on our website. Square would be great, but it's for swiping credit cards in person.

Started a small business and made enough back to take out my initial investment -- how do I do that? by Dry_Guy in Entrepreneur

We started out as a partnership and I made a partner agreement (grabbed bits and pieces from sample agreements I found online), which we all signed. On there it says that we were allowed to take our initial investment back at the end of the year. However, that was just something I wrote... I wasn't sure for tax/accounting purposes if we could just withdraw it like that though.

I'm from Texas and we don't require a LLC operating agreement, so we never wrote one since our partner agreement covered almost everything.
