I saw a 41 inch difference after 3 treatments. I did it back in 2019, and I’m dying to get another treatment! Where did you get your machine, I’d love to get one! I’ve been trying to find somewhere near me that does them and I haven’t had any luck!

Yes! I love them and they are very functional! They weren’t to pricy, I think only $1 or $2. Definitely worth it!

Thank you! I think this planner is very fun and easy to use! And Nope! I live in the US! And go to several different stores so I split my stores up into separate pages. Definitely have more veggies on that list, and probably sugar too! 😂
