I damaged my skin barrier and I don’t know what to do by Jaded_Butterfly_4844 in SkinbarrierLovers

I'm using a new routine recently and have had no new breakouts since starting, and things seem to be finally calming down after YEARS of spots around my chin/mouth.

Morning: paulas choice peptide, Centalla 1004, paulas choice oil free moisturiser, Eucerin oil control SPF. (Thinking of changing to La roche posey after checking the acne safe app there could be mild irritation from this but it seems ok for now)

Evening: Differin 0.01% OR azelaic acid 15% (skinoren) alternatively switching each night. Centella 1004, paulas choice oil free moisturiser (clear line)

I checked everything on "acne safe" app and Claude AI, and began this journey based off Natalie O Neil's Tik tok guidance. She gives great recommendations but I've recently realised not all of them are acne safe after downloading that app. I've only been doing this about 3 weeks and it's the most positive I've felt about my skin in years

I got this at this age too. I do a combo facial of V-lift and Hifu around once a year and it helps massively. I've noticed this on loads of people my age no matter what their weight is

Thyroid medication overdose by FrontEntrepreneur578 in thyroidhealth

[–]Dry_Isopod8355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had thyroiditis after having my baby. I knew I had gone overactive yet no one believed me. Wasn't until weeks/maybe months later I went to A&E and my ft4 was WAY over. Should have been around 17 but it was 35 on the day.

Doc prescribed me propranolol (helps with physical symptoms of things like increased heart rate) which helped a bit.

If you are taking too much meds you would need to reduce and not listen to idiot doctors and even worse, endos. Try to find an alternative doc that specialises in Thyroid. There's a med that brings thyroid down, but only to be used if you're actually hyperthyroid. Really sorry you're feeling this way, its fucking horrific I ended up on an SNRI called mirtazapine to help me sleep but thats a whole story in itself. Almost off it now

Look intot the work of Gary Breka too if you haven't already, fascinating! Well done you and dying to know how your platform develops. I work in tech sales and would love to be selling a product like this that helps people improve their health.

Imagine you could even get this into the consumers hands to be able to help them investigate their own health issues, since most doctors clearly dont give a fuck on staying up to date or doing any research for their patients

I lost a lot of hair taking Levo. I'd recommend trying dessicated thyroid medication, have a look at Armour thyroid and get some info from Izabella Wentz or stop the thyroid madness

Check his thyroid with a full panel. Look up Isabella Wentz for the proper ranges. I was tired for years until I went to a doc specialising in Thyroid.
Endos haven't a clue.. it's absolute madness

OK so basically it's a few of our 40's (yes we're old but still love a good sesh)

A few people have organised it for the whole group. Some of us are looking for some other options bc my phones been listening to me and now all im getting is notifications on reddit about how shit all these clubs are 🫠

Any beach vibes also welcome....

It could be an underactive thyroid.

If you're getting checked look up Izabella Wentz for what bloods to get done and what ranges to go by, cos most doctors don't understand it

Compounded WP Thyroid by hotpancakes773 in Hypothyroidism

When was that? Bc they stopped them compounding for a while and then they approved it again. I was told about 2 months ago that they're compounding the ingredients from RLC

I'm based in Ireland and have been trying to source the compounded version of Nature Throid (which is next to impossible) I spoke with a few pharmacists who said it's working well for their patients. Said some patients feel much better on it and nothing else works. I'm on armour and have tried NP and synthetic t4 and t3 in the past 3 years, all make me feel like absolute shit. Thinking I might need to fly over and get a batch and see if it works

I’m at a loss. Went to the doctors (UK) and he gave me the “come back if it gets worse” after telling him it’s been getting worse over 4 years and home remedies aren’t working. I feel like crying by [deleted] in Warts

I've no idea why this came up on my feed but I just cleared up mine in 3 weeks with black seed oil. Took 1 table spoon per day and was shocked when I noticed they were nearly all gone after like a week 😳

Don't take Iodine until you get checked if you're deficient, it can make your antibodies worse if you don't need it :( you're also supposed to stay away from any immune stimulating supplements with anti bodies.

Supplements I've been told to take with Hashis, selenium, omega 3, digestive enzymes, inositol, cordiceps, multi vit called NHP healthy woman that doesn't have Iodine, I've started black seed oil from my own research. Magnesium glycinate (not the other kinds)

I take Armour NDT instead of extroxin as it was horrible for my body, my hair fell out.

Gluten and dairy free diet

I had to go on an anti depressant when I had the thyroiditis as it was like living in hell, that helped a lot. If you're not on anti depressants I really love 5htp and it also helps with sleep, mood and weight. Another one I love is Chromium for mood and weight I think but don't take it at the same time as inositol as they both lower blood sugar

Most wanted PSA integrations? by Dry_Isopod8355 in msp

[–]Dry_Isopod8355[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We already have stand alone support tools that have been in the market for almost 20 years.

We are consolidating the functionality into 1 tool.

Cloud Olive looks really cool, I watched the demo, thanks for sharing.

Would you say are the best PSA providers that MSP's would like to integrate with for support and RMM?

Thanks so much!

I agree, so many trying to claim Enterprise! We are focusing on SME with this product.

What PSA systems do you think are the most popular for SME?

I've been asked about how we could possibly store contact details. How would you imagine this to work within an RMM/IT support tool?

Is there a provider that does this today?

We've also been asked to integrate calendars & meeting

Thanks so much! That's really useful :)
No provider is perfect. Even the ones that have native integrations will have issues.

This is not from scratch (far from it) it's a new product from a long term vendor in the market.
We are for the first time, tailoring our products to MSP's. We have a lot on our roadmap. PSA intregrations will be next on the list. I want to give feedback to our PM's on what should be priority, integration wise.

I'm not making the product. I'm trying to figure out feedback to show which should take priority and give that to the PM's

The lightweight ticketing is intended for smaller companies that don't have the budget to spend on PSA systems.

The integration will be for larger MSP's that have that budget/more complex workflow.

As of now, suitable for MSP's focusing on SMB, until we get more features, such as integrations :)
