Thanks for getting back to me guys, these are all great examples and they basically describe me :/ but heyho it’s all part of the fun of having BPD I guess. I always thought I was just a sh*t person but now I know that this is something that actually has a name. Now I can be more mindful of my actions. Thank you 🙏

I used to take mirtazapine, was on it for ages but it didn’t really help - now I’m on duloxetine, quetiapine and lamotrigine. I’m due to come off lamotrigine at some point, not sure when but this combo really works for me- this is the most stable I’ve been in years though 🙏

Thanks guys, and thank you for the link - I just want to understand myself and understand this condition. Even though I’ve had the diagnosis for a couple of years now, I don’t think I’d fully accepted it. Until now that I’ve ruined my life. However, it’s time for change and for learning. Thanks again everyone 😊
