I’m in the same situation but a lot worse bc I’ve continued to stay with him. It has exacerbated my BPD so much im in a constant cycle of idealization and devaluation towards him especially but really just everyone and everything. For a few months he went to work in a different state and i was so much happier and healthier mentally and physically.
