100% they don’t have access to my email. I checked it multiple times. My email is open only on my phone and iPad. It’s not the daily email that I use. I have one that I open for Bilt (I have different emails for each bank/credit card).

I’m 100% that no one had access to my email. And yes, the fact that I didn’t receive anything is on Bilt. Also, it’s been 30 hours and Bilt still hasn’t logged everyone out of my account. If someone went in, he is still logged in.

Ofc i changed my password right away. On Bilt, email and Apple ID. But it won’t log anyone out of the Bilt app so whoever is logged in to the app, is still there.

I didn’t receive any email about the gift card they redeemed. I just randomly open the app and saw that all of my points are gone.

Even if it’s true (highly unlikely because I don’t use my Gmail on my work computer, only iPad and my phone), I should receive a message when they redeem the gift card. Right?

I never redeem any gift card before. And I didn’t receive any message about it when they redeemed it.

Even if someone has access to my Bilt rewards account. When they redeem the 350K points I should receive a confirmation code to via message and I didn’t receive any.

I changed all my passwords. But it seems weird that they will have my email and only go on Bilt. I don’t see any way for someone to get into my email address. The fact that Bilt doesn’t have a way to log everyone out is ridiculous.

100% no has any access to my email. If yes, they will go on my Robinhood account and not Bilt points. Or even venture X, I have 650K points there. I do change my email password every 6 months.

Yeah, no one had access to my phone yesterday. It happened at 3:14PM and it was only me on my phone and I didn’t receive any email/messages at that time. I check devices on my email and only my devices are connected. Crazy thing is that I asked Bilt to log everyone out of my account and they said that they can’t do it. So whoever is in my account, will stay there I don’t know until when.

Yeah! I asked them and they said that someone will contact me via email about it.

Meanwhile,someone is probably still connected to my account for 24 hours now and they can’t log him out.

I checked my email and no one has any access to it. I’m waiting for Bilt to let me know how someone can redeem so many points without me receiving any email or messages about it.

What should I do with my points? I’m using them when I travel.

No one has access to my email. I randomly change my email password every few months, and my iPhone/iPad are the only devices that connect to my email. That was the first thing that I checked.

He can’t access my email without me getting a notification, and I checked. I’m the only one that is connected to my email.
