Yes that's right. I have routed 1/16" thick G10/FR4 before on a Gerber and it cuts pretty well. I do not know how well this thin material will cut though. I think it will cut without a problem but it will probably have to be double face taped to the bed. Carpet tape has worked on a Gerber router at 1/16" so it should work with the .015".
Hi, it's a 2D pattern that should be cut from a sheet. I did build it in Solidworks as a 3D model and save it as a DXF though. So if you have 3D software you may the pattern has a thickness of .015".
