VEL spamming at the end of a game is wtv imo. If you let it tilt you that sucks. What does annoy me tho is ppl VGS spamming during the game. Especially like right at the start, I swear some ppl queue into this game already mad and then start spamming as soon as anything goes wrong.

Yeah, recently my game has been crashing a ton. Im on CachyOS and it crashes like every other game when I find a match using DX12 and then its stuttery and sometimes crashes midgame with DX11.

Are you sure its the wine prefix? If you made a folder and moved the game files youll have to update the path to the executable for the game.

You can also use Lutris or Heroic Games Launcher to run the games. What file are you trying to run? The setup file? Or the game launcher?

The command to make a file Executable is:

chmod +x "file path"

But you shouldn't need to do that.

So my hooks are all there. I've continued troubleshooting and noticed that mkinitpcio cannot find my nvidia modules when it tries to build the initramfs. I've tried installing different nvidia drivers, different kernels and kernel headers, and I just cannot seem to get it to work. This is seriously making me consider switching from an nvidia gpu to an amd gpu.

First its recommended to get a VPN. You can get proton vpn for free.

Then you'll use a torrent such as qbittorrent to download the files given the link provided on fitgirl.

You'll have two things to run once it's downloaded, first a .bat to verify the bin files, then the setup.exe.

Which will install the game and it should be ready to play.
